Our History
Our company originally started out trading as Scientific Instrument Services Pty Ltd established in 1997. Directed by Martin Stride, Scientific Instrument Services provided outstanding field biomedical engineering support for a variety of national and international companies, with Martin's name becoming synonymous with excellence in performance. He was known throughout Australia and other countries for his genuine friendliness and expertise knowledge base. In March 2006 Scientific Instrument Services became known as Technical Solutions Group. With the addition of the principal, Rachal Stride, the company started expansion. Technical Solutions Group added the trading name of Medical Systems Support in 2010 to better describe its services. Today, Medical Systems Support is growing, offering a variety of services to its national and international clients, still maintaining the exceptional service that has allowed it to become a pioneer in its field since 1997.
