Quality Assurance Program

We also monitor the performance of each of our engineers through our ongoing Quality Assurance Program (QA). Our director of engineering services, Martin Stride, regularly meets with the engineers to monitor their key performance indicators in; engineering, customer service and client relationships as well as providing regular supervision with phone conferences and webinars.
