 Standby Rate

We have a guaranteed daily standby service, charged at 3 hours of the applicable rate per working day. This amount also covers the first 3 hours if called out.

After Hours Hourly Rate

Site inspection

Site inspections for installations, with a written report.

In House Engineers 

We offer this service to companies who need immediate urgent response. This is particularly necessary in various hospital situations or in high through-put laboratories where the fastest possible response time is needed. This is only available on contract. Contract length to be negotiated. 

24 hours 3 shifts/day

Service Level Agreements

To be added to Gold Silver or Platinum contract rates. Guaranteed response times are within an 80% probability level.

We offer 3 SLA’s. 4 hour, same day and 24 hour. These are available under contract on a daily rate as an addition to the commitment of a certain amount of days per month.
